How verified managers can respond without controlling public truth.

  • Verified casino and provider managers can submit official responses where they manage the connected entity.
  • Official responses are moderated before publishing and appear next to the player report, review or RTP check they address.
  • Official responses do not remove, hide, bury or rewrite player content.
  • A dispute creates a public disputed label and an admin review item. The disputed content stays visible.
  • Upheld, corrected and dismissed are moderation outcomes. They explain how a dispute was handled; they are not paid placements.
